Itinerary IM-1: Island Weekend on Mull from GBP 175 per person for 2 nts

Just a hop and a skip away, Mull is perfect for a long weekend or short break. Even a few days on this beautiful island makes us feel like we have had two weeks holiday!

Easily accessible from Glasgow or Prestwick airport (we can arrange car hire for you too), the drive to Oban is straightforward and enjoyable, and the 45 minute ferry crossing over the Sound of Mull, with glorious views in all directions, is one of the highlights of the trip. Basking in the picture-postcard charm of Tobermory's stunning waterfront, your hotel has been cleverly converted from a row of fisherman's cottages into a delightful family-run establishment. The award winning restaurant enjoys views across to Calve Island. There's lots to explore on Mull - wrap up warm and enjoy long walks on deserted beaches, take a scenic drive along the magnificent west coast road, and look out for golden eagles soaring above the crags.

Prices & Dates

This holiday can be arranged all year except for the period 20th December to 4th February. The price is £175 per person from 26th October to 25th March and £215 per person for other dates, based on 2 people sharing a double room with seaview and ensuite facilities, for 2 nights on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis.

Price includes return ferry crossing for a car and 2 adult passengers.

This holiday is also suited for those who prefer to travel by public transport, ask us for more details.

Add £10 per person for Saturday ferry sailings, in either direction, from May to August.
