Win a £200 McKinlay Kidd Holiday Voucher

Do you have a picture with an accompanying story that show how you've seen Scotland differently?  If so, enter our 2014 competiton for the chance to win a £200 McKinlay Kidd holiday voucher. Our competition is open until 31st October 2014, so you can use a picture and short story (50-100 words) from a previous trip, or maybe one from a McKinlay Kidd 2013 or 2014 holiday.  What's more, if you have a photograph of Ireland and want to share it along with your story, then check out our competition on

The winning photography entry from 2013, as well as a selection of our finalists, are featured on this page.

The 2013 wining photograph "Hammock on Invercaimbe Beach" was taken by Paul Stevenson from Berwick-upon-Tweed, who wrote: "The  image of the Hammock with back drop of Rum, Eigg and Muck in the sunset was taken from one of the beaches between Arisaig and Morar.  We holiday every year on the west coast of Scotland with our four young children, and we have always been made to feel very welcome by the locals.  What's more, it's a bonus to be in one of the most beautiful places our country has to offer."

Thank you to everyone who entered the competition previously.  Our entire 2013 finalists gallery can be seen on our facebook page.
