McKinlay Kidd is an ambitious and award-winning Glasgow based specialist travel business, offering tailormade holidays throughout Scotland & Ireland to clients from the UK and overseas. As part of our continued growth plans we are now seeking reliable, calm and professional individuals to join our team handling enquiries and making holiday bookings from customers throughout the world.

• 20-25 hours per week, flexible hours to suit - Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays during the season.

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Ireland as a tourism destination
• Knowledge of Scotland an advantage
• Excellent computer skills, especially with MS Office, including MS Word and Excel.
• Previous use of CRM system eg Salesforce an advantage.
• Ability to deal clearly and professionally with general public by telephone and email
• Able to work on own initiative, in a small entrepreneurial business
• Experience of Irish or Scottish tourism travel industry an advantage, but not essential.
• Minimum qualifications: Higher Maths and English. .
