Edinburgh Festival Experience from £395 per person

Edinburgh in August is a buzzing and bustling place full of colour and energy. Here is your chance to experience the very best that the world’s Festival City has to offer, with a brand new, hassle free way for you to make the most of the Festivals.

As well as hand-picked accommodation perfectly placed to enjoy what is on offer, this new short break includes the "Edinburgh Festivals Passport". This exciting new pass gives you the chance to find your way through the enormous range of  shows on offer with a full day of performances handpicked by those in the know – the Festivals themselves. They’ve selected the very best in theatre, dance, music, comedy, literature, visual & performance art and major exhibitions for you to enjoy during your holiday. This unique Passport will reward you with ‘insider’ hints and tips and will ensure the very best Festival experience possible, ideal for those with just a few days in the city.

How does it work?

Shows are hand-picked by an experienced critic from leading magazine "Time Out", in advance, creating a full day and evening of Festival discovery - usually three different shows. Events from the energetic Fringe, prestigious International Festival, and world-renowned Book, Art, Jazz and Mela Festivals are all available via the Passport. Festival critics will select the very best in art and performance, ensuring all shows are of a high quality with the widest possible appeal. Fixed combinations will be allocated to Passport holders ahead of public sale, ensuring access to the best shows. Overall the Edinburgh Festivals Passport makes it easier for customers to enjoy the Festivals, benefit from local, insider know-how, and save time and money in the process.

Travelling as a family? We can tailor the passport to suit the ages of your children.

Your pass will be valid for the first full day of your holiday, leaving you a day free to enjoy more shows, or the free festival events and exhibitions.
